Responsible for research, conceptualisation, interface design, user testing and delivery .

Collections enable the curation of vehicles and groupings that allow customers that allow customers to quickly discover vehicles related to specific topics or categories.
The aim was to increase customer engagement and empower business and marketing to reach more customers.

Improving Mercedes-Benz service appointment booking
Mercedes-Benz Service Booking is a scheduling and appointment product designed initially in 2014 for the German brand's dealerships and workshops.
Present in more than 56 countries, its user base evolved, and the existing experience couldn't handle the emerging use cases and scale across widely different customer verticals and devices.
Making it easier for users to identify their vehicles to book acurate service appointments
High drop rates resulted from the struggle of users to enter a 17-digit VIN. Without proper identification, drivers ended up at incompatible workshops for their vehicles.
The challenge was simplifying the vehicle identification step to preserve vehicle compatibility through the booking. It resulted in a significant reduction of dropouts in the booking process, an improved service and booking experience, and an increased trust between drivers and workshops.
