Automation and scalability of
management negotiations

Negotiation is fundamental to reaching mutually beneficial deals in the Middle Eastern market. However, traditional negotiation methods involving multiple agents, phone calls, emails, and intermediaries create inefficiencies.

As customers were showing a preference to also negotiate with us, instead of buying the vehicles, we were challenged to provide
a efficient workflow to allow automation and scalability of management negotiations.

Systems to improve inventory management

WTX is a marketplace for used vehicles (mainly trucks), where the inventory was sourcing the vehicles from multiple vendors. With an increased volume of vehicles, inventory management became complex due to the extensive manual work needed to keep the content quality high.

Responsible for research, conceptualisation, interface design, user testing and delivery .

Curating vehicles to enhance customer engagement.

Collections enable the curation of vehicles and groupings that allow customers that allow customers to quickly discover vehicles related to specific topics or categories.

The aim was to increase customer engagement and empower business and marketing to reach more customers.

Proactive and customized vehicle offers contributed to our successful sales conversion rate.

The offers feature empowered the business consultant to create tailored vehicle offers proactively or on a call with the customer. This feature allows us to improve our customer service and achieve an impressive 86% conversion rate.

By simplifying command-line operations with a graphical interface, we make Docker Engine’s capabilities accessible, allowing novice developers to quickly adopt containerization while retaining powerful functionality for all skill levels.

Enhancing Image Discovery and Management for Developers

Docker Desktop users faced friction by having to switch between the application and Docker Hub to manage container images.

I conceptualized an integration that brought Docker Hub's content directly into Docker Desktop, enabling developers to effortlessly search, manage, and run trusted images and organizational containers—all within a unified interface

Improving Mercedes-Benz service appointment booking

Mercedes-Benz Service Booking is a scheduling and appointment product designed initially in 2014 for the German brand's dealerships and workshops.

Present in more than 56 countries, its user base evolved, and the existing experience couldn't handle the emerging use cases and scale across widely different customer verticals and devices.

Making it easier for users to identify their vehicles to book acurate service appointments

High drop rates resulted from the struggle of users to enter a 17-digit VIN. Without proper identification, drivers ended up at incompatible workshops for their vehicles.

The challenge was simplifying the vehicle identification step to preserve vehicle compatibility through the booking. It resulted in a significant reduction of dropouts in the booking process, an improved service and booking experience, and an increased trust between drivers and workshops.

Adapting to diverse mental models on service mobility options

To minimize your vehicle's downtime while maintaining, Mercedes Benz has flexible service options to keep you on the road. Each market has its rules and capacities, but it also varies between dealers and availabilities.

We had to redesign from the ground up and prepare these features for scalability and internationalization.
